WHO WE ARE
The Black Council of Windsor-Essex is an incorporated non-profit organization founded in 2021 with a focus on challenging systemic anti-Black racism within the Windsor-Essex region.
The organization is governed by its member-elected board of directors, consisting of eleven (11) directors. The Council's operations are managed by the Board's Executive Committee, which is composed of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.
